These are my favorite species of Iguana so far. I havr only seen one prior to this sighting, which was an Australian Dragon Iguana at the pet store.
This one is smaller and just a few months old. At first he was quite scared, but after chasing him for awhile he just sat still and I almost caught him, but decided to let him be.
As they grow, their spikes increase, and when they mature their skulls have dragon horns and look very similar to the look of a dragon, so close that it makes you wonder if dragons really are mythical or perhaps have just been forgotten over the years..
